Just to make it clear…
Corona SDK on Windows does NOT build to iOS devices. It can only build apps for the Android platform, due to requirements of Apple’s iOS Developer Program and Xcode IDE (both of which require Macs).
That is all.

Corona SDK
If you still have questions that still need answers, don’t forget to check out our FAQ page http://www.anscamobile.com/corona/faq/
Ok, but why can’t we run iOS apps in the windows simulator? I use a windows pc for everyday work where I would like create/simulate the game and when its finished buid it on my macbook. Developing on an full featured computer with multiple screens is much easier then on laptops…
As stated in the FAQ, but to verify: You can build the code in Corona SDK in Windows, ‘copy paste’ the code to Corona SDK iOS and build to iOS devices ? Without changes?
Thanks in advance.
We can simulate for iOS with Windows version, can’t we!?
I think it’s awesome that there’s a Corona SDK for Windows. And would be super-cool to see an iOS simulator on the PC. I’m certainly not a lawyer (thankfully!), but I do know of other engines from reputable companies that do this type of thing. For example, the Unreal Development Kit (UDK) not only has an iOS simulator for the PC, but they have an App that you can use to provide input from you iDevice to the simulator running on the PC (http://www.udk.com/mobile).
How do you run the Corona Terminal or Simulator while working in Windows? Is this possible? My goal is to debug my test app but I have I have no idea how on a windows machine.
I registered to download Corona, however it wont allow me to do so. I recieved the verification email, clicked on the link. Still cant down loand to system. Can I contact someone to see what is going on?
may i able to use simulator for ios in corona for windows?
Man, I just bought the Pro (All Platforms) edition but I only have a PC. Is there any way I can switch to INDIE Android Only and get the difference back?
@Miguel: Send an e-mail to sales[at]anscamobile explaining your kerfunkle, and they’ll be happy to switch you.
